Vegas Baby

I just went on the funnest trip with my sister's and a few new friends. My oldest sister has wanted to go to Vegas for the longest time to see DONNY & Marie. So she planned this trip over her spring break for us to go on. Well the day we left Amy found out that Donny had to cancel because he was very sick. Amy was a little unhappy but we couldn't cancel the trip.

The first night there was supposed to be Donny and Marie so since that was a no go some of the girl's decided to go to another show. They got discount ticket's to the Beatles cirque du soleil. My sister Natalie and I decided to hang out together in the condo and watch a chick flick while they were at the show. We all had a great time. Sunday night after hanging out at the condo by the pool all day we decided to see a little bit of sin city.

There was a flower garden in one of the casino's. I can't remember which one it was but it was so pretty and smelled so good. We could actually smell the flowers over the smoke.

The sister's waiting for the fountains.

We drove over to Fremont street to take a ride on the zip line. That night got a little chilly. The winds picked up and cooled things down a lot. We waited on the roof huddled together for about 40 minutes in the wind without jackets. It was well worth it.

They made us strap our purses on to the harness. Lovely isn't it.
We all lived. Can you tell which one's used sunscreen that day and which one's didn't.

Monday night we went to see The Phantom of the Opera at the Venetian. Oh what a good show.

Laura decided that I needed a makeover so earlier in the day we went to Mac and used all their makeup to look pretty for the show. Then right before in the bathroom outside the theater Laura did my hair. A little different but turned out kind of cute. I don't think I will ever be able to duplicate this again.
She also did Shannon's hair. This is a picture of the back of our hair. Oh and a lovely view of our bums.
We weren't suppose to take picture of the theater. I guess it's supposed to be a big secret. Shhh don't tell anyone.

Laura wanted to learn how to play craps. We found an empty table and a very nice and patient casino worker who tried to teach us uneducated gamblers.

Waiting for our ride.

A few close ups of my new hair. What do you think?

The last day there a few of the girl's went to the wax museum. It is amazing how life like they are!

I was so sad when we had to come home. It was so much fun getting to hang out with my sisters and not have to worry about kids or real life for 4 whole day's. Can't wait to do it again.
