Jake's a Deacon

A few weeks ago Jakob received the priesthood. What a bitter sweet day it was. I am so proud of my son and the choices he has made that have brought him to this point in his life. I still can't believe though that I have a child that is 12 years old. I don't even want to think about what is going to happen in our lives in the next 12 years. Junior high, high school, mission, college, marriage. AHHHH!!!! Slow down time, maybe even go back a few years. We had a wonderful day and I'm grateful for those who came to support Jakob.

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day I was able to help with Sara's Valentine's party. They did a really cute activity and taught the kids about manners and how to properly set a table.

That night we did our annual Olive Garden Valentine's dinner.
