Field Trips

Ryan's pre-school does a few field trips a year to different places around town to help them learn about the world around them. This past Friday we were able to go to a Dairy farm to learn about cows and where our milk, ice cream, yogurt, sour cream, (well you get the point) comes from. We went to the same farm last year and I forgot my camera and carrots to feed the cows. This year I remembered. Yay me!!!

In September our field trip was to feed the ducks. I'm loving the pre-school thing because after having 3 kids and doing all of this stuff many times before it gets old and I don't get around to doing all the things we did with the older ones. So this forces me to get him out and do some new and not so new activities.

Swiss Days

Every year my friends and I head up to Midway for Swiss days. It is a huge craft fair, filled with lots of fun crafts and lots of people.

Early in the morning before the huge crowds come.

Sorry Brandy I had to put this in. It's too good not to. She is trying to be scary like the picture next to her.

This is Val Chadwick Bagley a local artist. He is in Natalie's ward and has done quite a few LDS children's books.

One of the lines to a popular booth.

The crowds strolling by.

Almost done looking around.

The day is not complete without a scone. Yum!

All done! Thanks for a great time friends!!!!

This was my find for this year.
What can I say about this one. My boys are goofy. A little scared of BOO!
