A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS
I had my friend Natalie take Ryan's 2 year old pictures a few weeks ago. I love having her take them because he can play and be a 2 year old. I don't have to stress about getting the perfect pose for the picture because I know we will get a bunch no matter what. Here are a few of my favorites. It was really had to choose because I loved them all. Thanks again Natalie!

Happy Birthday Jakob
Today is Jakob's 10th Birthday. It makes me so sad to think that he is this old. It seems like just yesterday that he was born and now look at him. I hate to think how fast the next 10 years will go and what all will happen in that time. Jakob is a great son and is always so willing to help me when ever I ask. I couldn't ask for a better child. Here is a tribute to him.

Cool Sunset
The other night we were eating dinner and I looked out the window and could see the pretty pink clouds from the sunset. I told the kids to look at it. Jakob then noticed the line in the sky and asked what it was. I looked closer and this is what he saw. I have no idea what it is called but it sure was cool. We just has to snap a picture and show it to everyone. I love the beautiful scenery we have around us and the views I have out my window. I need to remind myself to take a step back every once in a while and enjoy what I have around me.

Basketball
Jakob and Sara have been playing Jr. Jazz this winter. It is Jakob's 4th year and Sara's first. They have both had fun playing. Jakob loves the sport and playing with his friends. Sara loves to socialize and the treats they get at the end of each game. Along with playing the game each child got 2 tickets for a Jazz game. So we had 4 tickets for the game Friday night. Our seats were in the nose bleed section but hey we didn't have to pay for them. Plus we got free hot dogs and drinks. Good times! We had so much fun being there, even Ryan enjoyed it. We were a little nervous about him, he doesn't usually like loud noises or large crowds. But by the end he was even joining in on the defence cheers! So darn cute.
