Finally it's done!!!!

After 11 long months our basement is finally finished. We are so happy with how it turned out and are so excited to put it to full use. We are still in the process of moving Jakob down and bringing in our storage. I told Steve I'm not to thrilled about cluttering it all up, I hope it will stay nice and clean for a long time. We still need a few things to top it off. Steve of course needs a big screen TV, the one that he wants doesn't come out until July. And along with that we need a new couch or so he says. I don't know where all this money is coming from. Sara has told me that she thinks it would be cool to have a money tree. I think I would have to agree with her. I have been informed by many that we are to be the host's of the annual Niederhauser Halloween party and the friend Christmas party now that this is done. We'll see about that, Steve has told me that we are not going to have any parties until he gets his TV. =) We really are excited to have everyone over to enjoy this new addition. Feel free to come by any time.

Say Cheese!

Ryan has been cheesen it up pretty good when we take his picture lately. Here are some of our random shots of his big cheese. I do comb his hair, just not in any of these pictures. =)

This picture doesn't have anything to do with the other pictures, but I had to add it. When Jakob and Sara sit up to do their homework Ryan has to be by them and do what they are doing. When he is sitting up by them he will even repeat what they say. It amazes me how much he already looks up to his older brother and sister.
